現(xiàn)在生產(chǎn)瓦楞紙箱的工藝流程，因紙箱設(shè)計的特點，規(guī)格尺寸等，主要分有三種：

At present, the technological process of producing corrugated boxes is mainly divided into three types due to the characteristics of box design, specifications and dimensions

1、瓦楞紙板→印刷→開槽→模切→粘箱→包裝全自動一次成型;

1. Corrugated board → printing → slotting → die cutting → gluing box → automatic one-time packaging;

2、瓦楞紙板→印刷→開槽→釘箱→粘箱或直接包裝送貨;

2. Corrugated board → printing → slotting → nailing → gluing or direct packaging and delivery;

3、瓦楞紙板→印刷→模切→釘箱→粘箱或直接包裝送貨。

3. Corrugated board → printing → die cutting → nailing → gluing or direct packaging delivery.

設(shè)計瓦楞紙箱，一般要考慮三個尺寸：內(nèi)尺寸、外尺寸和制造尺寸。

Generally, three dimensions should be considered in designing corrugated box: internal dimension, external dimension and manufacturing dimension.

一般，外尺寸=內(nèi)尺寸 *2*紙板厚度(考慮實際制造過程的厚度損失);制造尺寸=外尺寸-系數(shù)(系數(shù)一般取決于紙板的層數(shù)與材質(zhì))。現(xiàn)實中還應(yīng)根據(jù)不同客戶的特點合理調(diào)整上下偏差。

Generally, the outer size = inner size * 2 * paperboard thickness (considering the thickness loss in the actual manufacturing process); Manufacturing size = external size - coefficient (coefficient generally depends on the number of layers and material of paperboard). In reality, we should adjust the up and down deviation reasonably according to the characteristics of different customers.
