與人工裝箱不同，主動(dòng)裝箱設(shè)備對(duì)紙箱壓線及開槽要求比較高。人工裝箱時(shí)，可對(duì)壓痕淺、壓線開槽走位等影響紙箱自然成形的不良因素進(jìn)行手工矯正。而主動(dòng)裝箱主要靠吸嘴、擋桿和夾桿來合作完結(jié)，不具有成形矯正的功用。因而要求加工紙箱時(shí)要保證紙箱壓痕清晰，在紙箱折組成形時(shí)簡單彎折，不于呈現(xiàn)斷線、魚尾紋等缺點(diǎn)。別的還要保證開槽及壓線的精度，一般開槽或壓線走位不得超越2mm。

有些的箱板紙，因?yàn)橥獗硎┠z度較高，簡單導(dǎo)致透明膠帶難以粘附上去，以于在裝入產(chǎn)品封箱時(shí)，膠帶簡單彈開，從而不能進(jìn)行有效封箱。一般關(guān)于作面紙使用的箱板紙，應(yīng)進(jìn)行膠帶測(cè)驗(yàn)。具體方法是：取一款粘性適中的透明膠帶，貼附在箱板紙上，然后撕扯膠帶使之與箱板紙分離，假如扯開后將箱板紙的面層同時(shí)撕下，標(biāo)明此款箱板紙適合膠帶封箱。假如可容易分離，且扯開后箱板紙外表沒有受到破壞，則標(biāo)明該款箱板紙不適合膠帶封箱用。

In general, the use of cardboard as face paper should be tested with adhesive tape. The specific method is: take a kind of transparent tape with moderate viscosity, stick it on the cardboard, and then tear the tape to separate it from the cardboard. If the surface of the cardboard is torn off at the same time, it indicates that the cardboard is suitable for sealing with tape. If it can be separated easily, and the appearance of the cardboard is not damaged after it is torn off, it indicates that the cardboard is not suitable for tape sealing.
面紙外表必須有一定的粗糙度，有的主動(dòng)裝箱機(jī)還包含有主動(dòng)堆碼體系以對(duì)包裝結(jié)束的紙箱進(jìn)行堆碼，但在此一過程中我們發(fā)現(xiàn)一些面紙外表滑潤度相當(dāng)高且內(nèi)裝物較重的紙箱不能被吸盤吸起。原因在于外表滑潤度較高的紙箱不能與吸盤發(fā)生滿足的磨擦力以拾起紙箱。因而在這種情況下我們不妨考慮挑選外表較為粗糙的面紙來替代。
