目前市面上的重型紙箱結構多為天地蓋式的箱型結構，因為天地蓋式的結構在使用或作業的時候更加的方便簡單，需要裝產品的時候直接把圍套放好，產品裝上后直接上蓋，打包，一套包裝下來也就幾分鐘就可以了，這里跟大家講解一下。需要注意的地方有以兩點：

一般在定制重型紙箱時廠家會給你各式各樣的內托，而這些內托有可能是EVA珍珠綿也有可能是蜂窩紙內襯材料，有時候是根據所需包裝產品特性來決定，容易出現問題的關鍵就在于這里的內托，并不是說這個內托怎么樣，而是內托掩蓋住的部分，我們常規所熟知的圍邊天地蓋重型紙箱都是有一個紙板框框圍住，形成一個正方形圍欄一樣的東西，再通過外面一層紙板，形成一個外面的圍邊。

還有一種情況就是沒有偷工減料的情況下，他們所用的膠水，質量可能也不大好，這樣就造成一個比較嚴重的問題，重型紙箱的圍套有可能出現裂痕或者是脫落，怕的情況，還是出現圍套框不在同一水平線上，這樣很容易會導致內箱的四個角出現不同程度的撕裂，因為運輸這些過程很有可能導致這些內箱本來就不平整的角度出現問題，所以盡可能驗貨的時候，打開內托看看圍套內部框框是不是緊貼著底層紙板，不然的話你會大失所望哦
