該重型包裝紙箱生產(chǎn)工藝應(yīng)用得比較廣泛，具有生產(chǎn)批量大、紙箱成型體積較大、楞型質(zhì)量好等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。該工藝生產(chǎn)出來的重型包裝紙箱，通常是通過水性印刷、開槽、粘糊、成型等工序制成紙箱的。以這種工藝生產(chǎn)出的紙箱主要用做運(yùn)輸包裝。

該重型包裝紙箱生產(chǎn)工藝是先印刷面紙，再與起好的瓦楞芯紙、紙板進(jìn)行裱合。該工藝生產(chǎn)出來的重型包裝紙箱，常規(guī)采用模切壓痕、粘釘?shù)裙ば虺上洹Ｔ摴に嚿a(chǎn)出的紙箱成型質(zhì)量好、表面處理效果好。以折中工藝生產(chǎn)出的紙箱可用做銷售包裝。

二、常規(guī)紙箱印刷方式

2、 Conventional carton printing method

常規(guī)紙箱印刷方式主要有柔印、膠印和網(wǎng)印三種。柔性版印刷重型包裝紙箱，常規(guī)的柔性版印刷重型包裝紙箱工藝是直接在重型紙箱上進(jìn)行印刷，使用的是水基油墨，因此也有人將該工藝為水印。

Conventional carton printing methods mainly include flexo printing, offset printing and screen printing. Flexographic printing heavy-duty packaging carton. The conventional flexographic printing heavy-duty packaging carton process is to print directly on the heavy-duty carton, using water-based ink. 柔性版直接印刷具有如下特點(diǎn)：

1)幅面大，寬幅的柔性版印刷機(jī)幅寬可達(dá)到2.5~2.8m.

2)低，柔性版耐印力很高，可重復(fù)使用;幽默也較低。

2) The price is low, the flexographic printing resistance is very high, and can be reused; Humor is also cheap.

3)可以聯(lián)動(dòng)生產(chǎn)，如印刷、開槽、壓痕、訂(粘)箱、打捆等一機(jī)即可完成。

3) Can linkage production, such as printing, slotting, indentation, ordering (gluing) boxes, baling and so on.

4)紙箱強(qiáng)度降低比較少。由于柔印是輕壓印刷，所以對(duì)重型包裝紙箱的強(qiáng)度影響很少。

4) The strength of cartons is reduced less. As flexo printing is light pressure printing, it has little effect on the strength of heavy packaging cartons.

5)印刷精度不高，常規(guī)膠印加網(wǎng)線數(shù)為175線/英寸，而柔印紙箱常規(guī)加網(wǎng)線數(shù)字有35~65線/英寸，屬于低精度印刷方式，更適合印刷文字線條稿，四色圖像印刷質(zhì)量進(jìn)年來雖有提高，但仍有局限。

5) The printing accuracy is not high. The number of conventional offset screen lines is 175 lines / inch, while the number of conventional screen lines of flexographic cartons is 35 ~ 65 lines / inch. It belongs to a low-precision printing method, which is more suitable for printing text line manuscripts. Although the printing quality of four-color images has been improved in recent years, it is still limited.

6)制版有易有難，文字線條稿制版容易，四色圖像制版難度較大。
