1.重型紙箱外觀標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

1. Appearance standard of heavy duty carton:

1)箱體紙箱成型后箱體方正，表面不允許有明顯的損壞和污跡，箱面不得有拼接，箱體各角無(wú)明顯的漏洞或包角。

1) After the box box is formed, the box is square, the surface is not allowed to have obvious damage and stains, the box surface is not allowed to have splicing, and the corners of the box have no obvious holes or corners.

2)印刷 箱面印刷圖文正確、清晰、墨色深淺一致、位置準(zhǔn)確，不應(yīng)有明顯偏斜。

2) The printed picture and text on the printing box surface are correct, clear, the ink color is consistent, the position is accurate, and there should be no obvious deviation.

3)釘合

3) Nailing

紙箱釘合應(yīng)使用帶鍍層(銅、鋅)的低碳鋼扁絲，扁絲不應(yīng)有銹斑、剝層、龜裂或其他使用上的缺外觀缺陷。紙箱接縫應(yīng)釘牢、釘透，不得有疊釘、缺釘、翹釘、斷釘、曲釘、不轉(zhuǎn)角等缺陷。紙箱接頭釘合搭接舌邊的寬度為35一50mm采用斜釘或橫釘釘合，且箱釘應(yīng)沿搭結(jié)舌邊的中線釘合。箱釘排列整齊、均勻，頭尾釘距頂、底面壓痕線不大于25mm。

Low carbon steel flat wire with coating (copper, zinc) shall be used for nailing cartons. The flat wire shall be free from rust, peeling, cracking or other appearance defects. The seams of cartons shall be nailed firmly and thoroughly, and there shall be no defects such as overlapping nails, missing nails, warping nails, broken nails, bent nails, no corner and so on. The width of the overlap tongue of the carton joint is 35-50 mm, and the box nails should be nailed along the middle line of the overlap tongue. The box nails shall be arranged orderly and evenly, and the distance between the head and tail nails and the indentation line on the top and bottom surface shall not be more than 25 mm.

4) Bonding

紙箱接頭所使用的粘合劑應(yīng)是乙酸乙烯乳液或具有同等效果的其他粘合劑；接頭舌邊寬度適度，粘合劑涂布充分、均勻，粘合牢固。

The adhesives used for carton joints should be vinyl acetate emulsion or other adhesive with the same effect. The width of the joint tongue is moderate, the adhesive coating is sufficient and uniform, and the bonding is firm.

壓痕深淺一致，折線居中，不應(yīng)有破裂現(xiàn)象；箱壁不允許有多余的壓痕線，壓痕線寬度值的規(guī)定如下

The indentation depth is consistent, the broken line is in the middle, and there should be no fracture phenomenon; No extra indentation line is allowed on the box wall. The width of indentation line is specified as follows

a)凹凸式壓痕線寬度:六層以下瓦楞紙箱的壓痕線寬度不大干17mm；七層瓦楞紙箱的壓痕線寬度不大于Zomm；

a) Concave and convex indentation line width: the indentation line width of corrugated box under six layers is not more than 17mm; The width of indentation line of seven layer corrugated box shall not be greater than zomm;

b)偏置式壓痕線寬度:箱內(nèi)面的壓痕線與箱外面的壓痕線的偏置間距不大于20mm。

b) Offset indentation line width: the offset distance between the indentation line inside the box and the indentation line outside the box shall not be greater than 20 mm.

5)裁切刀口

刀口光潔，切斷口表面裂損寬度不超過(guò)8mm.

b)偏置式壓痕線寬度:箱內(nèi)面的壓痕線與箱外面的壓痕線的偏置間距不大于20mm。
