There are three or five layers commonly used in cartons, and seven layers are less used. Each layer is divided into inner paper, corrugated paper, core paper and face paper. The inner and outer paper are made of tea board paper and kraft paper, and the core paper is made of corrugated paper. The color and feel of all kinds of paper are different, and the paper produced by different manufacturers is also different. The following is a brief introduction of various base paper materials for small woven and finished cartons:

1、茶板紙：茶板紙顏色偏灰白，且粗糙，摻加了舊料的茶板紙，纖維成分較少，質(zhì)量一般，茶板紙就是紙箱瓦楞中間那層紙，很軟。因為質(zhì)量不好，茶板紙也。

1. Tea Board Paper: the color of tea board paper is gray and rough. The tea board paper mixed with old materials has less fiber composition and general quality. Tea board paper is the paper in the middle of corrugated box, which is very soft. Because of the poor quality, the price of tea board paper is also the cheapest.

2、箱板紙：

2. Carton paper:

（1）牛皮卡紙(美卡、俄卡)。特點：長纖維、重施膠，物理強度高、紙板粗糙；純木漿或少量OCC。簡稱：進口牛卡。

(1) Kraft cardboard (American card, Russian card). Features: long fiber, heavy sizing, high physical strength, rough board; pure wood pulp or a small amount of OCC. Abbreviation: imported cattle card.

（2）仿牛皮卡紙。特點：表面掛15-25%木漿、其余為OCC；纖維較短、強度較牛卡紙差。紙面平整，不同程度施膠（吸水性30—55g/m2不等）、表面染色處理。簡稱：國產(chǎn)牛卡。

(2) Imitation kraft cardboard. Features: 15-25% wood pulp is hung on the surface, the rest is OCC; the fiber is short and the strength is worse than that of kraft paper. The paper surface is smooth, sizing in different degrees (water absorption 30-55g / m2) and surface dyeing. Abbreviation: domestic cattle card.

3）白卡紙。白面牛卡底，表面漂白木漿，其余為本色或染色木漿。（俄白、瑞典白卡、芬蘭白卡)；白板紙（表面漂白木漿、其余為脫墨或不脫墨廢紙）；涂布白板紙（白底白、灰底白等等）。

3) White cardboard. The surface is bleached wood pulp, and the rest is natural color or dyed wood pulp. (Russian white, Swedish white card, Finland white card); white board paper (surface bleached wood pulp, the rest is deinking or non deinking waste paper); coated white board paper (white background, gray background, etc.).

（4）再生紙。全部為OCC組成，但與瓦楞紙不同。表面為11#以上AOCC掛面并經(jīng)過染色處理）。市場一般稱為C級箱板紙,部分稱為T紙。

(4) Recycled paper. All of them are composed of OCC, but different from corrugated paper. The surface is AOCC vermicelli with more than 11 ? and dyed). The market is generally referred to as C-grade carton paper, and part of it is called t-paper.

3、瓦楞原紙：瓦楞紙是一個多層的黏合體，它更少由一層波浪形芯紙夾層及一層紙板構(gòu)成。它有很高的機械強度，能抵受搬運過程中的碰撞和摔跌。瓦楞紙的瓦楞波紋好像一個個連接的拱形門，相互并列成一排，相互支撐，形成三角結(jié)構(gòu)體，具有較好的機械強度，從平面上也能承受一定的壓力，并富于彈性，緩沖作用好；它可根據(jù)需要制成各種形狀大小的襯墊或容器，比塑料緩沖材料要簡便、快捷；受溫度影響小，遮光性好，受光照不變質(zhì)，一般受濕度影響也較小，但不宜在濕度較大的環(huán)境中長期使用，這會影響其強度。

3. Corrugated base paper: corrugated paper is a multi-layer adhesive, which at least consists of a corrugated core paper interlayer and a layer of cardboard. It has a high mechanical strength, can withstand the collision and fall in the process of handling. Corrugated paper corrugated like a connected arch door, juxtaposed into a row, mutual support, forming a triangular structure, with good mechanical strength, from the plane can also bear a certain pressure, and full of elasticity, buffer effect is good; it can be made into a variety of shapes and sizes of cushion or container, more convenient and faster than plastic buffer materials; affected by temperature However, it is not suitable for long-term use in high humidity environment, which will affect its intensity.
