1.1 flat pressing and die cutting

平壓平模切采用平板刀模和平口的模切刀，在模切時刀片同時切穿整張瓦楞紙板，模切精度，使用面較廣，不干膠、卡紙、瓦楞紙板等材料都可以適用。

采用了圓筒形的壓力滾筒代替壓板，一般壓切輥在上，模切版在下，模切時以“線接觸”方式進(jìn)行加工，使機(jī)器在模壓時所承受的壓力較小，而且分布均勻，因而機(jī)器的負(fù)載比較平穩(wěn)，可進(jìn)行較大幅面的模切，該方式適合多種材質(zhì)厚度不同的產(chǎn)品模切。但一般圓壓平模切均是停回轉(zhuǎn)或一回轉(zhuǎn)、兩回轉(zhuǎn)為一個工作循環(huán)，因此效率低，目前使用較少。
